A Bit About Stephen Yeboah
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants(UK) and completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Manchester. He worked with Toshiba Europe (I.E.) GmbH, Neuss. First as a Financial Accountant and then as European Financial Controller. His working experience includes accounting and controlling, researched and advised the companies to proactive, dynamic costing management, and digital controlling.
He then joined Insider Consultancy, Neuss as a Senior Partner. He advised companies on Process optimization with Lean Management, business planning, management and financial accounting and value based management. He worked as a consultant for SME's and public sector. For the last years, he's been working as a Senior Partner at PMCT Europe Ltd. Consulting for banks on business and IT implication for Basel implementation and operational strategies.
